As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you and I will work together to navigate challenges, build resiliency, and help accomplish your self-growth goals. My name is Luci DeLong and I am based out of Flagstaff, Arizona. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Boise State University in 2020. Even though I use multiple therapeutic strategies when working with people, I have two main evidence based specialties that I am specifically trained in. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a short term therapy that helps people experience genuine relief from negative symptoms related to a previous overwhelming or traumatic event. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This type of therapy helps people have healthier, more connecting relationships with others, and is based on attachment science. My work with individuals and families is very important to me. I look forward to meeting you!
